About

Founded in 2023, The National Society of Future Engineers and Scientists (NFSES) is a strategic initiative focused on introducing youth and young adults to STEM education. Our programs are designed to promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills, creativity, and independence through hands-on experiences and activities. Through community partnerships, NFSES looks to increase interest in STEM careers and improve STEM literacy in our communities, especially those in underserved populations. Our partnerships currently include SpaceX, Children's Hospital Los Angeles, and Penn State.

Our mission at NSFES is to empower and inspire youth and young adults in underserved communities by offering comprehensive STEM education, career guidance, and workforce development opportunities with supportive services.

Vision

We aim to support underrepresented students by connecting them with mentors from leading tech companies, providing a pathway to higher education and STEM careers, and fostering a diverse, innovative workforce.
